Gen-Z Fashion Apparel is a clothing manufacturer in Pakistan that makes custom and private label apparel for new and small brands. Minimum order is 50 pieces, and every order starts with a physical sample.
Most factories are set up for buyers who order thousands of pieces per style. A first drop is 50 to 300. We set up the other way round: low minimums, prices published on the Pricing page, and one account manager who replies within 24 hours on working days.
From blanks with your labels and print to full cut and sew, we make it, check it and ship it to the US, UK, Canada, EU and Australia.

Every order is checked at 5 stages: fabric on arrival, seams on the line, measurements against your spec, a final inspection and the packing. You see photos before you pay the balance.

You get a physical sample before any bulk order, made from your tech pack or from a sketch we turn into one. 2 revision rounds are included, and the sample fee is credited against bulk.

Brief and quote
Tell us the product, quantity and idea. Your account manager replies within 24 hours with an itemised quote.
Design or tech pack
Bring your own tech pack, or we build one from your sketch, references and measurements.
Physical sample
A real sample in 7 to 15 days, with photos and a measurement sheet. 2 revision rounds included.
Bulk production
Production starts after sample approval and your 50% deposit, with progress updates along the way.
Quality check
A 5-stage check, from fabric inspection to packing, with photos before the balance is due.
Packing and shipping
Folded, bagged and labelled the way you asked, then shipped tracked to the US, UK, Canada, EU and Australia.

Questions founders ask first
Where are your clothes made?
In our factory in Pakistan. Ask for a live video walk-through when you request a quote and we will show you the floor. We do not claim a head office we do not have.
What is your minimum order?
50 pieces for blanks with your branding and 100 pieces per style for cut and sew. MOQ means minimum order quantity: the smallest run we can set up at the published price. Mixed sizes within one style are Yes, sizes can be split any way within a style. Exact numbers per product are on the Pricing page.
Can I get a sample first?
Yes. Every order starts with a physical sample. A sample costs $40–120 and takes 7 to 15 days depending on the tier. Credited in full against a bulk order of the same style. You see photos and a measurement sheet before it ships.
How long does production take?
Bulk takes 15 days for blanks with branding and 25 days for cut and sew, counted from deposit and sample approval. Add shipping: express air (5–7 days) or sea freight (25–35 days). End to end, most first orders take about 8–10 weeks. The How It Works page has a planner.
How do payments work?
50% deposit to start bulk, balance before shipping. We accept Wise, bank transfer (SWIFT) and card via a secure payment link. Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD). Returning customers get a 30% deposit. There are no fees that are not on your quote.
Can you add my labels and tags?
Yes. Woven, printed or heat-transfer neck labels, hem tags, hang tags, custom poly bags and boxes. Branding minimums are 50 per design for woven labels, printed labels and hang tags. Send artwork as a vector file if you have one; if not, we can prepare it. Details on the Private Label page.
