Hat and cap questions
What is the minimum order for custom cap?
50 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank cap styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom cap cost per piece?
$6–12 per piece at 50 pieces, assuming a cotton twill 6-panel cap with one flat front embroidery and a printed inside label. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
Hat minimum?
50 pieces per style and colour. Mixed sizes do not apply to one-size caps; beanies are one size, in a stretch rib knit that fits most adults.
Can you do 3D embroidery?
Yes. 3D (puff) embroidery works best on bold shapes and letters above 10 mm. Fine detail goes flat.
Do caps come with a custom inside label?
Yes. Woven inside label and sweatband print, minimums 50 per design for woven labels, printed labels and hang tags.
