For an oversized hoodie, most streetwear brands choose 400 GSM brushed fleece: heavy enough to hold a boxy shape, soft inside. Lighter fleece around 300 GSM drapes more and costs less. We send swatches with every sample.

Hoodie questions
What is the minimum order for custom hoodie?
50 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank hoodie styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom hoodie cost per piece?
$17–27 per piece at 50 pieces, assuming 400 GSM fleece, one 1-colour print, a woven neck label and a poly bag. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
What GSM should my hoodie be?
400 GSM for a heavyweight streetwear feel; 300 GSM for a lighter everyday hoodie. GSM is grams per square metre. Ask for the Sample Kit to feel both.
Can you do puff print and embroidery on the same hoodie?
Yes. Combining methods adds setup per method, which the quote shows as a line item. Placement is confirmed on the digital proof before the sample.
Can you do an acid wash?
Yes. Washes are done after sewing, add 5–7 days, and each piece comes out slightly different, which is the point.
