A tech pack is the document a factory builds from: drawings, measurements, fabric, trims, artwork placement. Most first-time founders do not have one. We make it with you.
You do not need a tech pack to get clothes manufactured by Gen-Z Fashion Apparel. Send a sketch, a photo or a Canva mockup. We produce the tech pack for $75 per style in 5 working days, credited against your first bulk order. You own the files.
What we produce
- Digital mockups: front and back flats in your colours.
- Tech pack: flats, measurement chart, grading across sizes, fabric and trim spec, construction notes, artwork placement, label and packaging spec.
- Artwork prep: vector conversion, colour separation for screen print, embroidery digitising.

Design questions
Who owns the design?
You do. Every file we produce for you, including patterns and artwork, is yours once the design fee is paid. We keep your files confidential and share them only with the suppliers needed to make your order. We do not reuse your design for another customer, and we will sign an NDA if you ask (Yes, we sign your NDA before you send designs).
What file formats do you need?
Anything. A phone photo of a drawing works to start. For artwork, vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) give the cleanest print. PNG at 300 dpi is fine for most prints. We convert and clean up as part of artwork prep.
How many revisions are included?
2 rounds on the tech pack. Most are settled in one. Changes after the sample is cut fall under the sample revision policy: 2 rounds included.
Can you copy an existing garment?
We can replicate fit and construction from a garment you send us, which is normal practice. We will not copy another brand's artwork, logos or protected designs. We keep your files confidential and share them only with the suppliers needed to make your order.
