Form fields you fill in (name, email, phone, brand, project details), files you upload, messages you send on WhatsApp, email or Instagram, and, if we add site analytics later, usage data from that tool, which we will name here first.
3. Why
To reply to your request, prepare quotes and samples, produce and ship your order, send the resources you asked for, and understand how the site is used. Newsletter only if you ticked the box.
4. How long
Enquiries: 2 years from your last message. Order records: 6 years, as required for accounting. Analytics: per the tool's default.
5. Who we share it with
Our email and CRM tools, couriers for shipping, payment providers, and no one else. We do not sell data.
