Denim and jeans questions
What is the minimum order for custom denim?
100 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank denim styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom denim cost per piece?
$16–28 per piece at 100 pieces, assuming 12 oz rigid denim, one standard wash, stock hardware, a woven label and a poly bag. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
Denim minimum?
100 per style and wash. Each wash is a separate run.
Can you match a wash from a photo?
We get close. Send a photo and, if you can, a reference pair. Wash is approved on the sample before bulk. Expect small variation piece to piece.
Lead time for denim?
Sample 15 days, bulk 25 days. Washing adds 5–7 days.
