Labels and packaging
Woven, printed or heat-transfer neck label, hem tag, hang tag, custom poly bag or box. Minimums 50 per design for woven labels, printed labels and hang tags.

Jacket and outerwear questions
What is the minimum order for custom jacket?
100 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank jacket styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom jacket cost per piece?
$22–45 per piece at 100 pieces, assuming a nylon coach jacket at the low end and a wool-and-leather varsity at the top, one embroidery, a woven label and a poly bag. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
What is the lead time for jackets?
Longer than tees: sample 15 days, bulk 25 days. Linings, hardware and padding add steps. Plan winter drops from the How It Works planner.
Can you do custom zips and buttons?
Yes. Branded zip pullers and snaps have minimums of 500 pieces per design. Stock YKK-type hardware has none.
Varsity jacket minimum?
100 per style. Chenille and leather details raise the per-piece price, which the quote itemises.
