1. Who you are dealing with
Gen-Z Fashion Apparel, Pakistan.
2. Quotes
Valid for 30 days. Itemised. A quote becomes an order when you approve it and pay the deposit.
3. Orders and minimums
Minimums as published: 50 private label, 100 cut and sew per style. Yes, sizes can be split any way within a style. Yes, each colour needs its own minimum.
4. Samples
Paid up front at $40–120. Credited in full against a bulk order of the same style. 2 revision rounds included. Bulk starts only after written sample approval.
5. Payment
50% deposit; balance after final QC photos, before dispatch. Methods: Wise, bank transfer (SWIFT) and card via a secure payment link. Currency: US dollars (USD). Late balance may delay dispatch.
6. Lead times
Sample: 7 to 15 days. Bulk: 15 to 25 days from deposit and approval. Estimates, given in good faith; we tell you the same day if a date moves.
7. Shipping, incoterms and duties
DDP or FOB, your choice. Options: express air (5–7 days) or sea freight (25–35 days). Duties: You do on FOB orders; on DDP we include them in the quote. Risk passes per the incoterm.
8. Quality, defects and returns
5-stage inspection; photos before dispatch. Report defects within 14 days with photos. Remedy: we remake or refund the defective pieces at our cost, including shipping. Custom goods are not returnable for change of mind. Industry-standard tolerances: ±1–1.5 cm on measurements, ±3% on quantity.
9. Cancellations
You can cancel free of charge before the deposit is paid, and after that until fabric is cut. Costs incurred to the point of cancellation (fabric, trims, labour) are charged.
10. Your designs and artwork
You own them. You confirm you have the right to use any artwork you send. We do not reuse your files. We keep your files confidential and share them only with the suppliers needed to make your order. We may photograph finished goods for our portfolio only with your written permission.
11. Confidentiality
We keep your designs and plans confidential. Yes, we sign your NDA before you send designs.
12. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales from a delayed launch.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; venue the courts of Pakistan. We will always try to settle a problem by talking first.
