Cargo and pants questions
What is the minimum order for custom pants?
100 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank pants styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom pants cost per piece?
$14–24 per piece at 100 pieces, assuming cotton twill or ripstop, stock hardware, one embroidery, a woven label and a poly bag. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
Can you do garment dye?
Yes, on cotton twill and canvas. Garment-dyed pants have a worn, slightly uneven colour. Pantone matching is approximate on garment dye.
How many pockets can a cargo have?
As many as the tech pack says. Each pocket is a cost line, so we show it. Six-pocket cargo is the usual.
