What is the minimum order for custom sweatpants?
50 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank sweatpants styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom sweatpants cost per piece?
$14–24 per piece at 50 pieces, assuming fleece matched to a 400 GSM hoodie, one print or embroidery, a woven label and a poly bag. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
Can the sweatpants match my hoodie exactly?
Yes, if we cut both from the same fabric lot. Order them together and tell us they are a set. Separate orders can shift shade slightly.
Does a set count as one style for MOQ?
No. Each garment is its own style: 50 pants and 50 hoodies. Ask about set pricing: a matching hoodie and pants set shares one fabric booking, which usually lowers the per-set price.
Can you do custom drawcords and aglets?
Yes. Metal or plastic aglets, flat or round cords, branded. Minimums 50 per design for woven labels, printed labels and hang tags.
