T-shirt questions
What is the minimum order for custom t-shirt?
50 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank t-shirt styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom t-shirt cost per piece?
$7–13 per piece at 50 pieces, assuming 240 GSM cotton jersey, one 1-colour print, a printed neck label and a poly bag. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
Heavyweight or standard?
Heavyweight (240+ GSM) holds a boxy shape and feels premium. Standard (160–200 GSM) is softer and cheaper. Most streetwear drops use heavyweight; most merch uses standard.
Screen print or DTG for my design?
Screen print for 1 to 4 solid colours and bigger runs. DTG or DTF for full-colour or photo art and small runs. We recommend on the quote based on your artwork.
Can I get a boxy fit without a tech pack?
Yes, on our blank boxy tee. For your own fit, we build the tech pack for $75 per style.
