From idea to delivered boxes in about 8–10 weeks
Here is every step, how long it takes and who does what. No step is hidden.
Manufacturing a clothing line with Gen-Z Fashion Apparel takes about 8–10 weeks for a first private label order and longer for cut and sew: a 24-hour quote, 5 working days for a tech pack if needed, 7 to 15 days for a sample, then 15 to 25 days for bulk, plus shipping.

One person, not a ticket queue
You get one account manager from the first message to delivery. Updates twice a week, with photos, on WhatsApp, email or a call, whichever you picked. We reply within 24 hours on working days, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, Pakistan time (GMT+5). Languages: English and Urdu.
5 checks before anything ships
Fabric inspection on arrival, inline checks during sewing, a measurement check against your spec, a final AQL 2.5 inspection, and a packing check before cartons are sealed.
AQL is the sampling standard inspectors use to decide if a batch passes. You get inspection photos or video before the balance is due. Third-party inspection (QIMA, Intertek, SGS or your own) is welcome at your cost.

Built from the lead times on the Pricing page plus express air (5–7 days) or sea freight (25–35 days) transit. Add two weeks of buffer for your first order. Always.

Process questions
What is the fastest you can deliver?
Private label on an in-stock blank with one decoration: 10 working days from deposit to dispatch, plus express shipping. Rush is possible when the line has space; ask, and we will say yes or no on the quote, not after.
How often will I hear from you?
twice a week, with photos, plus the same day anything changes. You can message any time; replies within 24 hours on working days.
Can I visit the factory or see it on video?
Yes. Ask for a live video walk-through when you request a quote, or visit the factory in Pakistan by appointment.
What happens if something is wrong when it arrives?
Send photos within 14 days. If it does not match the approved sample and spec, we remake or refund the defective pieces at our cost, including shipping. Our inspection photos before shipping exist so this is rare and quick to settle.
Do you hold stock or ship to customers for me?
No, not at the moment. We ship to you or to your 3PL (a third-party warehouse that ships your orders).
