Getting started
Do I need a tech pack?
No. For private label you need artwork only. For cut and sew we build the tech pack from your sketch for $75 per style.
I have not started a brand yet. Can I still talk to you?
Yes. Pick "Not started yet" on the form or send a photo of your idea. No company, website or logo required.
How do I place an order?
Send a quote request. You get an itemised quote within 24 hours, approve a sample, pay the deposit, and bulk starts.
Do I need a registered company?
No. We invoice individuals. Some marketplaces and larger imports need one later.
What should I send for the fastest quote?
Product, quantity, sizes and colours, decoration, artwork or sketch, deadline, ship-to country.
MOQ and pricing
What is MOQ?
Minimum order quantity: the smallest run we set up at the published price. Ours is 50 pieces.
What is your minimum for private label?
50 pieces.
And for cut and sew?
100 per style.
Can I mix sizes?
Yes, sizes can be split any way within a style.
Do colours count separately?
Yes, each colour needs its own minimum.
How much does a hoodie cost?
$17–27 per piece at 50 pieces, assuming a one-colour chest print, a woven neck label and an individual poly bag. A tee is $7–13, a cap $6–12.
When does the price drop?
At 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style.
Any hidden fees?
No. Duties, your bank's transfer fees and post-bulk changes are the only costs not on the quote.
Samples
Can I get a sample first?
Yes, always. $40–120, 7 to 15 days.
Is the sample fee credited?
Credited in full against a bulk order of the same style.
How many revisions?
2 rounds included.
Do I have to order bulk after?
No.
What is the Sample Kit?
3 blanks (hoodie, tee and cap), a swatch card of 12 fabrics and a woven label sample for $59 including express shipping, credited in full against your first bulk order.
Production and lead times
How long does bulk take?
15 days private label, 25 days cut and sew, from deposit and sample approval.
Total time from first message to delivery?
About 8–10 weeks for a private label first order.
Can you rush?
Sometimes. 10 working days is the fastest for in-stock blanks. We say yes or no on the quote.
Do you do re-orders?
Yes, minimum 50 pieces per style, no new sample if nothing changes.
Fabrics and decoration
What fabrics do you have?
French terry, brushed fleece, loopback, combed and heavyweight cotton jersey, pique, twill, ripstop, canvas, denim, nylon, polyester mesh and stretch blends. Swatches come with every sample.
What is GSM?
Grams per square metre. Heavier means thicker. Streetwear hoodies are usually 400 GSM.
What decoration can you do?
DTG, DTF, screen print, puff print, high-density print, embroidery, 3D puff embroidery, chenille patches, sublimation and heat transfer.
Can you source a fabric I specify?
Yes; adds 7–14 days, minimum 250 kg per colour (roughly 300 hoodies).
Can I send my own fabric?
Yes, for cut and sew orders.
Labels and packaging
Can you add my labels?
Yes: woven, printed or heat-transfer neck labels, hem tags, hang tags. Minimums 50 per design for woven labels, printed labels and hang tags.
Custom packaging?
Poly bags, printed bags, boxes, tissue. Minimums 100 for printed poly bags and 250 for custom boxes or mailers.
Will the care labels be legal in my country?
Yes. Tell us the ship-to market; we print the required content and care wording.
Payment, shipping and duties
What is the deposit?
50%, balance after final QC photos.
How can I pay?
Wise, bank transfer (SWIFT) and card via a secure payment link.
What currency?
US dollars (USD).
How do you ship?
By express air (5–7 days) or sea freight (25–35 days). Quoted DDP or FOB, your choice.
Who pays duties?
You do on FOB orders; on DDP we include them in the quote.
Do you ship to the US, UK, Canada, EU and Australia?
Yes.
Quality, defects and returns
How do you check quality?
5 stages, photos before shipping, third-party inspection welcome.
What if goods arrive defective?
Report within 14 days with photos; we remake or refund the defective pieces at our cost, including shipping.
Can I return an order?
Custom goods are not returnable for change of mind. Defects are covered as above.
Factory, ethics and certifications
Where are you?
Our factory is in Pakistan. We ship to the US, UK, Canada, EU and Australia.
Are you a real factory?
Yes. Ask for a live video walk-through any time and we will show you the cutting, sewing and packing floor.
Certifications?
We list a certification only with its certificate number and expiry date, and none is listed yet. Third-party inspection of your order (QIMA, Intertek, SGS or your own) is welcome.
Can I visit?
Yes, by appointment.

How fast do you reply?
Within 24 hours on working days, Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, Pakistan time (GMT+5).
Who will I talk to?
One account manager, the same person from quote to delivery.

Will you sign an NDA?
