Everything between your design and your boxes
- Pattern making: a pattern cutter builds and grades your pattern from the tech pack.
- Fabric sourcing: from our library French terry, brushed fleece, loopback, combed and heavyweight cotton jersey, pique, twill, ripstop, canvas, denim, nylon, polyester mesh and stretch blends or sourced to your spec.
- Sampling: a physical sample with photos and a measurement sheet before you commit.
- Bulk production: cut, sewn and finished in our factory in Pakistan.
- Quality control: 5 checks, photos before packing.
- Labels and tags: woven, printed or heat-transfer, applied in line.
- Packaging: poly bags, hang tags, boxes, barcodes.
- Shipping: express air (5–7 days) or sea freight (25–35 days), DDP or FOB, your choice.

Cut and sew questions
Can I mix sizes within the minimum?
Yes, sizes can be split any way within a style. The minimum of 100 pieces applies per style. Each colour needs its own minimum. Tell us your size split on the quote form and we will confirm it fits.
How do re-orders work?
Your pattern, fabric spec, labels and approved sample are kept on file. A re-order skips sampling unless you change something. Re-order minimum: 50 pieces per style. Lead time: 25 days from deposit.
Can you source a specific fabric?
Yes. Send a swatch, a mill reference or a description with weight and composition. Sourcing adds 7–14 days before sampling. Custom fabric minimums are 250 kg per colour (roughly 300 hoodies).
Can I supply my own fabric?
Yes, for cut and sew orders. If yes, we quote on a CMT basis (cut, make, trim: you supply fabric, we make the garment). Fabric must arrive before the sample date in the schedule.
Can I change the design after the sample?
Yes, within the 2 revision rounds included. Changes after bulk has started are charged at cost and may move the delivery date. We will tell you before we do anything.
