Activewear and gymwear questions
What is the minimum order for custom activewear?
50 pieces per style. Sizes can be split any way within a style; each colour needs its own minimum. Private label on our blank activewear styles has the same minimum. Below that, consider the Sample Kit or a single sample first.
How much does a custom activewear cost per piece?
$9–20 per piece at 50 pieces, assuming nylon-spandex or polyester-spandex, one heat-transfer or silicone logo, a printed label and a poly bag. Heavier fabric, more print locations and custom packaging move it up. Price drops at 100, 250 and 500 pieces per style. Exact quote in 24 hours.
Is your activewear fabric squat-proof?
Opacity depends on weight and knit. We state fabric weight and composition on every sample and recommend 240 GSM or heavier for leggings. Test the sample yourself before bulk.
Can you do seamless?
Yes, through a specialist seamless knitting partner. Seamless has a different minimum: 300 pieces per style.
